Loved everything about our stay! First time to the pan handle for us. Great decor!! Awesome beach vacation. Martha is on top of things with great communication and we needed nothing. Our boys could not believe how nice this condo was compared to our previous stays elsewhere. Awesome water, sand and wild life. We walked to several restaurants from the condo (by beach and path) This is the one! Carolinas, it may be a while before we see you again.

We loved our vacation in Destin in large part to this beautiful condo! The unit owner, Martha, stays in contact before, during & after you arrive to follow up that your stay is as smooth as if she were there in person. Unit 410 is beautifully updated & furnished w/everything we needed & more in the kitchen to prep meals & cocktails. The beds were super comfortable and the separate bedrooms & bathrooms are very private from each other. The living room tv is huge which was great for an evening to relax in the air conditioning after a sunburned day at the beach.
The beach service included with the condo rental was very convenient and not over crowded in the least, especially for a holiday weekend.
The full grocery store across the street (yes, the grocery carts are allowed to be taken across & returned by Edgewater staff) and the Silver Sands Outlet mall just past it allowed for maximum time at the pool & beach rather than driving across Destin to shop.
We spent many evenings into the nighttime hours relaxing out on the balcony watching kids play in the pools below and listening to the waves crash in long after it became too dark to see them any more. But they were the first thing we’d see waking up to the beach view from the master bedroom adjoining the balcony. A few early mornings even had the dolphins playing in the waves close enough to see them from the balcony!
This property is definitely worthwhile if your family is looking for a very comfortable unit, beautifully decorated & furnished with the best view of the beach & pools and the closest/most convenient beach access.

We have stayed in these particular units on multiple trips to Destin. The location is ideal for a short walk to groceries, restaurants, CVS, and many other amenities. These units feature beautiful interior design elements and all the comforts of home - but on the beach! They may not be the cheapest but they are the BEST value in Destin area.

We stayed at Edgewater 410 for the first time after renting 600 these past couple of years. Highly recommend both of Martha's properties and we'll be return guests based upon her exceptional customer service. You arrive to an immaculate/clean fully updated luxury condo with million dollar views of the gulf. The location is perfect for local dining and shopping which is a big part of our annual stay. Quick elevators and close parking are also a major convenience at Edgewater. Look forward to booking with Martha again in 2020. Everything you need and more that you didn't even expect! Unit 410 has the views, comfy beds and fully equipped kitchen. No need to get back into your car as grocery store, outlets and restaurants are all within walking distance. You will truly enjoy your stay, as we did! Martha is gracious with her personal contact starting with the reservations and thru out our stay. The Best!

This unit was perfect for our family. The easy access to the elevator was especially nice when unpacking and packing and getting groceries. We loved the decor and having a washer and dryer is so great! The owner even had books, puzzles and games! The unit was so clean and comfortable --every detail was considered down to having small fans in the closets in the event guests want white noise or extra air circulation! We loved working with Martha. She is extremely responsive and eager to answer any questions. We have stayed at in this building many times over the past 7 years and this is the best experience yet! What a great stay my family had at this beautifully decorated condo! We loved the balcony that over looked the pool and beach. No pictures can do justice to the real view you get in person. Attention to detail in the kitchen with everything that we needed for the week! Having a Keurig was great for early riser (me) and late midday for the daughters! (Martha my husband was impressed by the glassware!) Comfortable beds and a surprise fan tucked away in the closet. Just what my husband needed because he sleeps with one at home! Providing beach service for the week so no dragging chairs and umbrellas. Martha the owner was fabulous to work with, she has put a lot of time and thought into the details. Seriously we really just loved everything about this place!

We had a great stay in this beautiful Condo at Edgewater. The owner Martha was so awesome. The Condo was very clean when we arrived and looked even better in person than the pics!! Martha answered any questions we had and was very kind to us and checked on us to make sure we were having a great time and to see if there was anything we needed. This Condo is in a great location and has very easy access to the pools and the beach. We will definitely be going back to stay at 410 in the future.

This was our second year staying in unit 410....and we absolutely love it.
The Edgewater has a fabulous location, walking distance to restaurants/shopping and the beach is great! The unit itself is everything that is promised in the description....decorated well, clean and large.....could not ask for more. Martha is so easy to work with, very helpful and she wants you to enjoy your time while at the condo. We will be back next year!

Martha was a terrific host as all the information was 100% accurate and communication was timely.
Location of the unit is ideal, as it is Miramar Beach and within walking distance to the grocery store and some restaurants.
The Edgewater complex is nice, but getting a bit dated. However, the unit is nicely updated, from the kitchen, to floors, to bathrooms, to floors. All very modern and very well done. One minor point is that the master bathroom is a tight and the shower is a bit complicated in terms of figuring out how to get hot water, as we had never seen one quite like that.and never quite got the hang of it.
Overall a quality property and great host!

This condo was perfect! We stay in Miramar yearly and decided to try Edgewater this year, and so glad we did.
Martha was excellent, very friendly and even checked in to make sure our arrival met our expectations.
My kids loved both pools, playground, and just steps from the beach. This unit was exactly as pictured, highly recommend.
We will book with Martha again!

We stayed for a week in June 2019. The property is very comfortable and cozy. The owner has taken the time to put special touches throughout to make the space very welcoming -- such as light dimmers, extra outlets, comfy chair cushions, etc. The king bed in the master sleeps very comfortably and you can wake up each morning to look out to the ocean.
Our kids like to play basketball, so it was nice that there was a basketball goal on site that we could see from the balcony. It was easy to keep an eye on them as they played.
The grills on property are always in high demand; be prepared in case you have to wait for a grill.
There is a Winn Dixie across the street that you can walk to. The location is very convenient for shopping, groceries, etc. Domino's Pizza and Chick-fil-A are also close by.
I would definitely recommend this unit to others. Martha, the owner, is great to work with and takes pride in the property. It shows throughout the unit.

The perfect escape! Everything we needed was at our fingertips and you just can’t beat the location. I actually made the statement “I could live here!” Beautiful beach, well maintained facilities (used both pools, the hot tub, basketball court, the outdoor grills, and the gym). I cannot thank Martha enough for making our spring break stay so great. The rental process was so easy, she makes sure you have all the details and info you need. The condo was in spotless condition. I’m picky about staying somewhere that’s not my own home but I had no issues here. Everything was in perfect condition and so homey. The furniture and beds were very comfortable.
I was very happy with the condo grounds, pools and beach. Everything is well cared for. The beach was never crowded as it’s private to the condo and the person providing beach service was very helpful. I highly recommend renting one of Martha’s units and hope to be back one day!

I cannot say enough about our stay in unit 600. From the first contact with Ms. Martha, we felt welcome. She checked on us several times during the unexpected hurricane Michael and expressed genuine concern for our well being. I felt like she was a long time friend, for sure. The on-site manager checked on the families that chose to stay and kept us all in the loop as the storm passed.
The condo is well decorated, perfectly maintained and had everything we needed to feel at home. This was the 4th time we have stayed at Edgewater and this unit is the best by a long shot! I would highly recommend staying there.

This is an amazing property and a wonderful owner! Ms. Sanders is so thoughtful and quick to respond to your every need. The pictures of the condo don't do it justice, it's beautiful and well stocked with everything you need. It was also very nice to have the beach service available. All you have to do is give them your unit number and pick a set of chairs and umbrella - it was great! The property itself is in great location and close to the grocery, shopping and many dining choices. Everything is clean and well cared for inside the condo and around the property. You can't go wrong by choosing this Edgewater and Unit 600. Our original plans were changed due to hurricane Florence and we had to quickly find a new destination Ms. Sanders answered every question and we were so fortunate to have found a wonderful alternative on such a short notice. Thank you for sharing your home with us, we wouldn't hesitate to recommend it to others!
